My name is Stewie and I run the show here — or at least I like to think I do! Even though I am only young, I am quite a confident pupper and the staff and volunteers love me!
I’m an allrounder, I can join you on a long hike, or be your office assistant, or even your baby sitter.

What Makes Me Special
I am full of energy and always ready to play. But you see, there are so many other dogs here and the nice volunteers and visitors never have enough time to stay with me for long. My ultimate dream would be to have someone to play tug of war with all day, go on long strolls through nature with me and keep me company. I am pretty smart as well, so maybe we could play some games together?
I love love LOVE going on long walks and play whenever possible, but any activity is fun, if I get to spend it with my special person! DON’T get me wrong though, if I get enough of GOOD mental stimulation I can CHILL even on a semi long walk, then I can lay down and say: hey! let’s take some time and just relax,..
Why am I Here at Lanta Animal Welfare?
I was brought to LAW with a terrible toothache. The vets here said I had something called an abscess in my mouth and would have starved without medical treatment.
If I’m honest, I’m not really sure what that is, but ever since I got rid of it, I am feeling so much better!
Now I like to chew on every nut, stick and blade of grass that I get to find on my daily walks.
